Hey ladies,
I'm firmly back on the ww wagon today after my disasterous last few weeks.
My appetite seems to have gone wild and i'm wanting to shove anything that is packed full of sugary processed carbs in my mouth, and seem to have lost my off switch.
I've been looking into the core plan and although I know its no longer encouraged by ww it seems perfect for me.
Just basically wanted to know if it works or is it a bit hit an miss with some people?
I have a basic list of foods from the norreen blackett site, but wasn't too sure if i could still have tinned tomatoes?
Any help would be greatly appreciated .
