Quick and east tomato sauce

I was in late from work the other night and needed to put together a quick dinner. While the pasta was cooking I threw together a fantastic tasting tomato sauce.

Add one can peeled tomatoes to a frying pan over a high heat and mash them up with a fork. Add a splash of soy sauce and worcestershire sauce, a sprinkle of brown sweetener, one stock cube, a sprinkle of Schwartz Garlic Italian herbs and a splash of hot water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to a rolling simmer and cook until either your pasta is ready or the sauce reaches your preferred consistency. Season and serve. The only syns are in the stock cube.

Sauce can be adapted for a number of dishes and if you keep on reducing the sauce it also makes a lovely thick topping for a smash pizza.
