hiya
just starting drinking tea with milk and 2 sweetener tablet as im getting sick a=of cold drinks
im on the 810 diet and was wondering if tea is unlimited or is there only so many can have a day thanks

calorie wise I wouldn't think so. as long as you are in yoru 810 limit.

Just watch the tea for depleting your iron stores though. Try not to take it too close (within 1/2 hour) of eating meals or shakes.

And the caffiene.
