Morning all, Yesterday I was having a look through the old freezer for something to have for tea - only me to feed !!
I thought ---I know I'll try these Quorn pork style ribsters....OMG they are so Gross- They tasted like cardboard, no juice - absolutely crap !!
So they are in the bin and the ones that are left- who the hell passed these as 'nice'?
Anyway I ended up having 5 iceland chicken dippers (10 syns) a jacket tate and some beans .....again !!!
Did sneak in 1/2.. yes it was half of a small hot x bun- thats my Easter done !!
Today we are having a EE day with turkey and all the trimmings - feels like Christmas Will only be me and OH and son again ...with a 7lb turkey .....oh well Gobble Gobble !!! LOL

Hi
Think it waas these I tried ages ago and have to agree they were yuk!!!!!
I like to try new products from Quorn and last night had a bramley apple burger - quite nice.

Funny stuff quorn, some of it's great, "chicken dippers", "lamb steaks" and some of it is rubbish, it is a case of trial and error. My favourite is a quorn escalope with cheese and cranberries but I have a feeling it's not very SW friendly!!

Hi
I had the quorn escallopes with cheese and brocolli and they were lovely - ok 7 syns but worth it ino once in a while.

The only quorn products we get in our shops are the plain sausages and the mince...non of which are fantastic. If I fancy sausages I use WW own. They're not too bad and only 1/2 a syn each. They make a great fry up or sausage, mash and onion gravy....yum yum.

The quorn escalopes with pesto and mozzarella are 7 syns each... but DIVINE! If you have the syns to spare, it's definitely worth the treat! :)

Hi
Will look out for those - Asda is very poor stocking Quorn products but when I was in Morrisons the other day they had a varied range.
