Points help

Are yellow melons point free?? also whats the maximum points that I can save per day if my allowance is 19? am I right in thinking I cant go below 16points a day? thanks

Not sure on the points thing - 16 rings a bell though ...

and unfortunately yellow melon isn't free - I don't think any fruit is free...

1 medium slice of Honeydew melon is 1 point...1 medium slice of cantoulope is .5 and half a galia melon is 1 point

Yes you can save 4 a day as long as this doesnt take you belwo the magic 16, so if your allowance is 19, i'm afraid you will only be able to save 3 a day ( tho now again wouldn't hurt you but dont tell anyone i said that!!)

when i was in w watchers i was told not to go below 17, i was 21 points

you're not supposed to regularly save more than 4 points of your daily allowance per day.

on a different note, i thought galia melon was 2 points per half? x

also, its a minimum of 14 per day for anyone, though the recommendation is to not save anymore than 4 from your daily allowance, so if you are on 19, try not to go under 15 as it will most likely hinder your weightloss rather than help it x
