One last chance
Another **** result, lost 1lb. But I bet it's from not drinking enough water.

To be honest, water is making me sick, it's really starting to make my stomache churn.

I can't wait for refeed...
 
At least 1lb off is better than 1lb on! To me, you don't have a lot more to lose so that's why your losses maybe slowing down a bit. Don't be disheartened though, you are still doing so well. Keep up the good work and maybe try to up the water a little this week if you can.

When are you thinking of refeeding then?
 
whooo yas - a loss is a loss and 1lb is a great loss considering how light you are now :D xx
 
Water's my Nemesis too - I've never enjoyed drining the stuff and so far I've had to force myself. I can see this becoming a bigger problem as time goes on.

To help, I've got a small plastic cup of about 150ml and I mark it with a pen each time I finish a cup. For me, this is much easier than having a large glass or a 2l bottle which would seem very daunting.

I'm determined to keep up the water intake as I know how big an impact it can have on weightloss and how dispiriting it is when you don't achieve what you expect to.

Keep your chin up - you've had a brilliant loss so far and I'm sure if you get back on track with the water, you'll have a fantastic week.
 
Yas you have done brilliant, 20 weeks is a long time to stick at this. well done for a 1lb loss hun, 8 sausages less ;)

Yasmin, you have stuck with this for a long time and have done so so so well. you are very close to goal. Dont be disheartened. (easier said than done?) Down is down. You are bound to slow up a little as you havent much more to lose. Try upping your exercise? this may help with the last few pound before re-feed and it will make you thirsty enough to drink more water. just a suggestion. all the best
 
Yasmine - you sound disappointed in your loss but it's still a loss. Up your water intake for next week and see if that makes a difference.

You've stuck to it for so long now it must be hard. Heads down for next week and good luck.

I plan to move more and drink more water, even if I puke it all back LOL.

For those who've asked me about refeeding, I don't intend to refeed until I reach 10st. No more, no less. And damn, I can't wait. This diet is great and all, but I'm getting bored.

wow yas, great weight loss and how have you managed to stick to this for soooo long? It seems very daunting to me 20wks! I'm only on week 2 so I hope it passes quite quickly....

hi there Nikita, first of well well done to you, on your losses so far. And thank you. Yeh, 20 weeks is a long time, but I needed it. I guess it's also because I'm beginniing to get impatient. I've been having low weightlosses lately and it's really getting on my tits >.<.

But I have to keep going until I've reached target hehe.

How are things for you?

I am amazed by how long you have stayed on LT and how much you have lost!!! You are an inspiration!!! I am on day 7 and was so ready to give up but reading your posts and seeing your losses has spurred me on.
Just wanted to say thank you xxx





Goals
1. Get through day 1 :D done!!
2. Get through week 1
3. Lose 1st
4. Lose 2st
5. Get to 18.5st (usually get stuck at 19st)

Hey Yas, Why dont you try 2 shake per day and one protien based evening meal with low cals. my friend was on LT for 25 weeks (lost over 5 stone) but took a small break in the middle coz she got bored too. after 2 weeks she went back on 3 shakes and it seemed to have boosted her loss somehow. maybe her system just needed a boost to get out of stagnation. After all, LT is hardly natural for us is it? Good Idea to move more!! Good luck. I also plan to do 25 weeks. So i need you to inspire me, please keep going...:)

I am doing great thank you, I am at the moment finding I am very determined to do this once and for all.

My start weight and goal seem to be very similar to yours, so now I know it will take me about 25wks instead of the 13wks I had originally anticipted......
