Extra Easy

Hi There

I have just re-joined slimming world ater doing it previously. I am getting married in May 2010 and want a size 12 dress!! ( Currently size 18/20).

The extra easy plan was promoted by the leader as the best plan to do however, I am worried that this plan may have a slower weight loss, has anyone found this or is it fine to do? I have to order my wedding dress the first week in september so want to loose as much as possible by then!!

I may be worrying over nothing, but thought would get your advice!!

Nope not slower, just a different way of doing the plan....a easy way!

Give it a go!

You should get the same rate of loss from any of the plans, I'm close to target and still doing extra easy, don't think I'd actually go back to the others now as I love it so much.
If you feel you need a real boost then give success express a whirl closer to the time maybe.
In the meantime whichever of the plans you choose make sure you're filling up on loads of superfree and speed foods!!!

I love EE - I do that & red days.

I have done EE for 12 weeks now and have lost 2 stone. Personally I don't count that as slow!!! lol
