Well, im back for the 986531 time. And this really is my last time, its all or nothing now.

Ive been using too many excuses to come off this diet..ooh i need this i need that.

This time its all or nothing. And if i dont stick to this then ill forever be that chunky munky!

So tomorrow is my brand new and last start!

Also good lucky to everyone else!

Good luck Mellum, and well done on having the guts to keep going!
I've done 7 refeeds and restarts since July,(for holidays etc) It's NOT easy, but I'm on the last leg now.
Keep glugging and keep posting on here, we're all here for you Hun. xx
