Crawling to the finish!
I was on 810, then back to SS for a couple of days then my sis asked me on a night out, and since Id bought a new fab pair of shoes I was really up for it :) I had turkey and veg, a nice massive plate to hopefully get me out of ketosis, and I was fine, no sick, and not overly drunk! I had a great time :) heres some pics haha Im back to the matter in hand today, and so far so good! Im so close to goal I cant wait! I so glad for minimins im so glad for lipotrim I love my life now:) xx

its cambridge sorry but just up a step with a tiny meal, i was moving onto maintenance with it :) I miz with lipotrim packs tho, as for me theyre really cheap compared to CD :) I lost most of my weight with lipotrim tho xx
 
Hey thanks hun, love your piccies to :) When I was pregnant my teeth went terribly yellow but Ive always had white teeth haha so when she was born I started using blanx, and just started using the crest strips :) I think its working :) Im a little obsessed tho haha i scrub for ages, but I think they seem brighter because I have a dark complexion, thats my theory haha xx
 
Lol damn you!!

I really want nice white teeth, drink too much coffee and smoke too much though :( and years of fizzy drink abuse didnt help either lol

thanks Paulio :) I really felt great, it makes a nice difference wanting to stand out rather than blend in....

Arr Chell youll have to stop smoking now you know you have the willpower gene haha I dont smoke or drink much fizzy pop for that matter, or coffee of tea, so maybe that helps haha My friend just had her teeth whitened proffesionally and the reults were amazing! she had terrible teeth and they are so pearly white now!! I think it was around £300, worth it tho if theyre really bad? I dont think id benifit much from paying that ammount of money!! Try blanx :) its good xx
 
Awk they arent really really bad! Would like them brighter though lol
 
Mine are- all the black tea I'm drinking isn't helping either, despite all my brushing! My personal treat when I get to goal is to get them whitened! I'm saving already...

Well done yumymumy, again your before and after photo's just spur people like me who very new to stick with this diet and we too will be posting party pics like you. I hate having my picture took but sure I'll feel just like you when I get to goal.

thanks mini! I thnk anybody who manages this diet deserves a big pat on the back, ppl really dont understand ow hard it is to get your head round sometimes :) Fab losses by the way! I love reading about yours and every other regulars story becoz I can see the finishing result which will be nice :) X
 
Well, if I look anything like you at the end of this I would be very pleased. I've had two children (16 & 18) so will never be as toned and trim as you but whatever I look like at my goal, it will be so much better than before.
 
I actually have lots of sagging skin :-( Ive only had one baby but boy did she change my body haha, Im hoping to get back to the gym this week once the open back up for easter to fix my wobbly bits, this out hides them better than I expected haha Keep reaching for the stars you will look great at goal im sure :) xx
 
Wow honey! You look absolutely stunning! Sooo pretty and SOOO slim!!! I'm a size 16 and i've just been and bought a Ted Baker dress in a 12 for my graduation..was just sat here wondering if i'm ever going to get to that size but your pics have really inspired me!!! Oooo you look gorge hun :D xx
