Hi,

I struggle with plain h2o, so I have been using a small dash of sugar free squash.

My losses are ok, but im retaining a hell of alot of water, if i prod my legs or face, I leave an indentation:(

I heard that CA can cause this, can i get CA free drinks/squash?

thanks

you can get the water flavourings.

I just started using the orange one and love it, and a tiny bit goes such a long way. I make 3 litres out of my 1teaspoon daily allowance.
I paid 7 quid for mine, and i thought it was really steep, but like someone pointed out on here, it lasts you ages, and its still cheaper than buying flavoured waters

I really dont like the cd ones, anything else around?

Loathe to say it as it isnt allowed on SS but perfectly clear kiwi and strawberry is free of citric acid as is coke zero.
Both have the same sweetened kick as the cd drinks though.. I think it is the sweetener that makes diet drinks soemtimes taste odd.
The cd flavour in fizzy water is really very lovely.

Why not try drinking an allowable herbal tea instead? Maybe one thats good for water retention?

Two birds with one stone and all that jazz?

Nettle and dandelion - both should be made with the leaf and not the flowers

Decaffeinated green tea is also good.
