Sorry if this is being repeated but I have just posted a threat about it and can't find it:wave_cry:. I've done that before, I can't seem to find my new posts.
Anyway, does anyone know if anti-histamines effect the CD and ketosis. I am having to take them because I am obviously allergic to something in the CD. I always come out in lumps under the skin on my legs which make me itch uncontrollably, I even draw blood and it wakes me up. I can't stand it. Is there anything in the tables which may effect the diet. Dont want to go through all of this only to find the tablets and defeating the object.
