Can i have cold mint tea?

I love home made mint tea, but am i allowed it on SS?

I make it with a tea bag and then let a sprig of mint infuse while hot, then let the tea cool and put in fridge. I use tablet sweetener to sweeten tea.

Is this ok to drink?

Glad to help. Its fantastic, really refreshing, and something you can drink if you want a different taste to water or normal tea
