Quorn Escallopes with Brocolli and Cheese

Can anyone help with the syn value of the above. I know they will be high but treating myself tonight and want to record everything this week.
Can't remember the password for this week???? Worrying as it was only Tuesday that I was at class.

Thanks for that - the escallope was delicious.
Normally try to keep meals syn free but they were a BOGOF offer at Morrissons and my son had the other so now I know he will eat them he can have them.
