I havent been on the forum for a long time - I used to do CD/W8 but have lately put the weight back on again.
I have been using the Avidlite shakes & soups. I am not keen on the Onion soup but I love the chocolate hot drinks, shakes & banana mousse. The protimeals are nice to and I love the chilli one.
They are a lot cheaper than other diet replacements too.
