i was all set to start cd on tuesday next week but just been to see my councillor today and am going to start tomorrow i cant wait for my weight loss journey to begin!!!! wish me luck x:sign0144:

i have had a lactose free cappuccino for breakfast and a big glass of water it was quite nice x

no im not lactose intolerant, i got it by accident, didnt pick cappuccino when i was at cdc but it was there when i got home just thought it sounded nice and it was x
