Which days do you find easiest?

I had intended to have a red day today as my mum has sausages out of the freezer and i was going to syn one of these out with toast and egg for my dinner, but after having a ham salad for my lunch and 2 rich tea biscuits i am just too hungry to carry on with a red day! I find that if i have pasta or spuds for lunch i don't snack as much and can resist biscuits!

So i think i'll have the ham as a hexb and make today a green day with a big bowl of pasta for dinner

Anyone else get like this?
 
I find green days are easier, in that there are more quick foods, and things you can grab for lunch (like jackets, pasta, etc), but my losses are better on red days. But that's just me. Everyone's body is different.
 
I buy the Morrisons sausages which are syn free for my red days, then I just cook them all & eat them cold otherwise I find I start having the same problem of getting hungry, you could always make a syn free quiche which would work on either day as long as you put free veggies in there but I do agree that I can find more to snack on when I do a green day than a red.
 
Green days for me, easier, more filling and cheaper too!!

I guess its different for all but I find red doesn't fill me up nearly as well as green!

EE is good too.

Snap! I find green easier and more filling but i too have better losses on red days. I am currently doing extra easy, i have lost a pound this week but i will give it another week and see how it goes x

Why not go to an extra easy day and have the sausages and pasta tonight.
 
I do 98% red days, and never get hungry! I snack on fruit between meals, and if i'm extra peckish, there are cans of crab (ss food!) and tuna in the fridge and always salad stuff, too.
 
I haven't done a red day in months, i must give it another wee try x
 
Green days definitely, I'm not a big meat fan and I only eat beef, chicken and bacon. I'm always hungry on red days and dread them! I'm going to have an EE or a red day at the weekend though, to have beef and yorkshire pud.
 
I'm having a red day today and it definitely 'feels' harder work than a green day... I do feel more as if I'm on typical diet type plan on red days. Meh. Might do a mix2match day and have a green meal this evening! :)
 
I've had a Mix2Max day today and found it OK. I had a superfree brekkie, red lunch and green dinner. Have 2 Hex's left so will use them on some weetabix later mmmm!
I usually do 95% green days. I love it but do find I get better losses if I throw in a few reds, but I am not a meat fan and really struggle with it!

My thoughts entirely! I so prefer green days but do 2 red to mix it up ~ tried a Mix2Max day at the weekend and enjoyed it so going to keep doing the odd one of them too. Green days are much cheaper too:D
