Feeling a bit better today

Hi All

Day 5! and i'm so glad i didn't throw it all away yesterday because i feel better today. I've had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning at according to mine i've lost 7lb already. I didn't really have a pop in because i started on a monday and my class was tuesday so i had only lost 1lb by then.
Anyway today is another day to tackle the packs...........and I AM GOING TO WIN!!!!!!! :)

Ps. I still can't attach tracker to signature! I've tried different types etc from various sources but each time it says either invalid file or invaid url????????????????:(
 
Hi pokerstar, so so so glad you are feeling better. you are on your way to the top of that wall, and will soon be over it!! keep on going.

Click on the link on my tracker, this will take you to tickerfactory. Once you have created the ticker, copy the BB ling and actually post the link in the box where you can edit your signature (In user CP). It come up as a link, but as soon as you save the signature the ticker will appear.

Hi Pokerstar, great news that you are feeling better today, Im so pleased you didnt throw in the towel....I told you, you will get a great result this week and it will be worth all the discomfort.
Believe me you will even get used to the drinks...though you dont think it now.

I can help! Along time ago i couldn't upload my tracker.Actually it was yesterday. I was doing what you did-don't paste it into the small boxes at the bottom ,paste it intothe big window under where youwrite your name.
If ihaven't made that clear i've got a better explanation that Roch sent & I can refer you to it.
