Hi guys just wondering how bad having gravy would be with veg for my meal or salad cream with salad. Cant eat veg unless its stir fried with gravy or salad with salad cream i'm quite a fussy eater. Finding it hard today too cant stop thinking about food!! Does it also matter how much veg or salad i eat on my meal, if i eat lots would i not loose weight? I would rather have a huge plate of veg to fill me up. Can i have salad (just a little bit) for a snack ? Sorry for all the questions but i'm finding it hard and want to find the easiest way i can do this diet and succeed lol x
