CD once at BMI 25

Pretty sure you'll start working your weigh up the steps but you'll keep losing weight on the steps as long as you follow them properly. You'll still be able to do cambridge but not ss with a bmi of 25.

When you get to a BMI of 25 + 1 stone then you start moving up the plans.

you're not being thick - BMI + 1 stone means the weight you would be at a BMI of 25 + 1 stone on top - at this point you should move up to step 2 - 810, which is still 3 shakes a day + a low carb, high protien meal - details are in your weight care with cambridge booklet (yellow one) :)

Sorry, but some of these answers aren't quite right.

There isn't a rule about a BMI + 1 stone for anyone who's been doing the diet. That rule is for someone wanting to start Cambridge on SS.

For someone who has been doing the diet for a while, you must be on 810 or above once you reach BMI 25. You can then stay on 810 until goal. You don't have to move up the plans before that if you don't wish.
