Restart

I’m due to restart CD on Thursday after a 10 day break due to ill health, I was wondering if I could have Slim Fast shakes and small meal till then.

I’m feeling really bloated after eating normal meals all be it light meals, and want my restart to go as smoothly as possible.

Oh and I’ve not put any weight on which is all good.
 
Don't see why not, whatever keeps you steady until Tuesday!
 
Tracie, \one of the CDC's might put me right on this, but if you are feeling bloated on normal meals, why not just go low carb small portions in readiness for CD?
I am just under the impression that slim fast are quite high in sugar for the amount of cals they give...
I might be wrong and if so I apologise but I have that in my head from somewhere...
I am a week in from restart and relieved to be back in control... good luck

Thanks Tillyfloss, yes they are very sweet, but thought they would be better than eating ''normal food''. I've tried to stick to protein and green & white veg which i've found ok. Just can't wait till Thursday now. :)
