Hey all....
Just wondering...
Who uses that less than 5% rule along with Xenical? I know ali does, but I was never told this and don't? I'm just wondering if I am doing it wrong?
I weigh out my foodper fat content -
eg -
(I'll use my most unhealthy meal I eat sometimes LOL)
100g's of oven chips = 6.4g's of fat
Venison Grill steak - 3.2g's o fat (done on George Foreman)
Beans (not too sure) think its 1.1g's per half a tin
Slice of bread - 0.9g's
Thin spread of low fat butter 0.8g's
So that's roughly around 12g's of fat
That's how I work mine out....
I do buy mince that is less than 5% fat andcheeseand garlic herb spread which isless than 5% fat but not all my food is and I've lost 20lb so far...
I know that they say a general rule of the thumb for EVERYONE is that food that is good for you is 5% fat or less though..
Others oppinion more than welcome!
Thanks!
