Questions..

Hi I have a few questions for the lipotrim pro's on here. Ive tried asking them in other threads but i never seem to get an answer lol so i though this would be the best way

Does it effect your weight loss in any way if you can only have 2 shakes a day?

At the beginning I was told you were allowed an egg, a small piece of cheese, tuna or a few nuts a day, is this true?

I was on lipotrim temporarily a couple of years ago and i used to pre-make my shakes when i had to go to work but i was told this time you are supposed to drink them within 15 minutes of making them, does it really matter or does it just effect the taste?

Thanks for any help you can give me.
Well done to you all for doing so well.

Why would you only have two shakes a day- do you mean tow shakes and a meal if you're -refeeding after getting to target?

No, it's a TOTAL food replacement diet.

They need to be drunk within 15mins or the nutrients in them start to break down.

Hiya yer u av 2 drink em in 15mins,u aint allowed jackshit not even a mint to pass ya mouth x x

Hun you defo need the 3 shakes a day in order to get the nutrients. It is already a harsh diet and if you are not getting the right amount of nutrients you will get ill. You will probably be on it for a while too looking at your ticker if you plan to stick with it to target so it is twice as important for you to look after yourself doing this.

If you are doing the total food replacement then you are allowed NO food at all. Not even to lick it! And you take 3 shakes a day. But if you do maintenance then it is 2 shakes a day and a protein meal.

But the losses are far greater on the total food replacement.

Just bring your shaker to work. Pour in your water and then put in your sachet and shake. Then ready to drink. So you don't need a hand blender or anything. Just shake it well.

Welcome by the way.

If you are serious about this diet then you MUST stick to it to the letter. I bought a cheap hand-blender as I have two shakes at work, 10.30 a.m. on my morning tea-break and 3.30 p.m. so I make sure they are totally delicious by wizzing up ice-cubes in them. After 4 and a half weeks, I look and feel great, got plenty of energy and clear skin. So you must drink the shakes as soon as you make them and drinks loads of water....never be without a glass or bottle in front of you.

You must have all 3 shakes, you're on the smallest number of calories and must have all the nutrients and vitamins your body get.

And who the hell said you can have food on a TOTAL FOOD REPLACEMENT DIET? whoever told you that is nuts! LOL

The reason why you have to drink it within 15mins is because the nutrients evaporate. You'll end up drinking the shakes without any health benefits for you and you'll be nackerd!

I hope this helps :)

What everyone else has said - just adding that - I know a lot of people don't like them (before you all jump on my head :)) - but I take flapjacks to work (you can have them after either one week, week three or straight away - depending on your pharmacist)

I find them a lot easier than taking shakes.

Are you SURE it was Lipotrim you got the food info about? I can't believe anyone could get that soooo wrong!! Don't get supplies from whoever told you that!!

haha well thanks everyone for your help.
starting again tomorrow for the long haul.
im ridiculously excited.
fingers crossed i do well.

Good luck for tomorrow. I'm sure you will do fantastic on it. It's good to be excited about starting a diet isn't it? No other diet I have tried have I had such good results. Like a lot of people say on here, I really do love this diet cos it really does do what it says it will, as long as you stick to it 100%. Good luck.

Have to agree - I look forward to my shakes !
