decided to start my refeed a day early. on friday.
weighed my self on Friday morning was 21 Stone 2lbs
Friday
1st day on refeed 595 cals
Breakfast: 1 maintanice shake,
Lunch: 1 maintanice bar
Dinner: greenleaf salad with 100g of chicken
Saturday
2nd day on refeed 1016 cals
Breakfast:1 maintanice shake
Lunch: green leaf salad with balsamic vinigar 100g of smoked salmon and 100g ofchicken
Dinner: Seasonal salad with balsamic vinigar, 200g of chicken
tea & coffee with skimmed milk
3rd Day on Refeed 1004 cals
Breakfast: 1 x maintanice shake
Lunch: greenleaf salad with balsamic vinigar, 200g of smoked salmon
Dinner: Stirfry with 125g Frozen prawns and 250g of sliced mushrooms in soy & garlic sauce
tea & offee with skimmed milk
tomorrow
4th day on refeed 1112 cals
Breakfast: 1 x lipotrim maintanice shake
Lunch: seasonal salad with 250g of wiltshire ham & balsamic vinagar
Dinner: sweet & sour sauce 250g sliced mushroom & 125g frozen Prawn stiryfry.
Tea & coffee with skimmed milk
Each day will drink 2 litres of water
will check my weight as tomorrow is my normal weigh day and hope that my weight is stable, but you cant help think that I'm eating to much again.
hope not to go above 2000 cals a day after refeed which is low for a bloke.
