can i call this a EE day

I really think I am losing the blooming plot here ... So I just wanna ask you guys if this is wot we all class as an EE day ....here goes..
Breakfast-
1 egg
bacon
tinned tomatoes
beans
mushrooms
1 and 1/2 slice big white bread, toasted
(all done in frylight)
Dinner-
chicken
tates
roast tates
cabbage
cauli
peas
1 yorkshire pudding
carrots
gravy
(roast tates done in actifry with 1/2 tbsp oil)
Tea-
pasta
cous cous
cue
toms
chicken
beetroot
lettuce

I will be synning-
yorkshire pudding (3)
gravy (2.5)
oil (1.5)
1/2 slice white bread (2)

is this right ???
or do i need a slap??:break_diet:

Yes you can count that as an ee day with the syns you have said at bottom

Looks good to me too, the only thing I wasn't sure of... you said 1 and 1/2 big white bread... can 1 be classed as a hex or something? I thought you could only have wholemeal.
I will learn it all eventually!

She has marked them as syns. Hex b's are on the whole wholmeal breads.

Looks like a great days food, but the syns for the oil and bread don't look quite right -

oil is 6 per tbsp, so 1/2 tbsp would be 3syns

white bread from an 800g loaf is 4syns per med slice - so 1 1/2 slices would be 6 syns.

The free food list is perfect though - Isn't EE fantastic

wot a dipstick i am !!
I put just 1.5 syn for oil cos I used 1/2 tbsp of oil =3 syns, and roast tates were for 2 people so worked out to be 1.5 syns
and I just stuffed up on the bread.
I have tottaly lost the plot

lol! I did wonder whether you had done that with the oil - have a great day
