HELP

I am currenly doing slimming world and have lost 2stone 3lb but im thinking of switching to atkins as i get married i aug and still would like to lose 4 stone. Do you think atkins could do it for me ??

You should lose about 40lb by then if you stick to it religiously I think. But then it depends how close you are to your target.

I think everyone has a different diet that will work for them, Give it a try, but remember you must stick to it faithfully as in any other plan.
