Week 7 Weigh In

I've lost 3lbs this week and I'm dead chuffed

I'm only 1 lb short of two stones in 7 weeks. I am exactly the same weight now as I was when I got married 15 years ago! Surprise surprise my wedding ring and engagement rings fit again, although I'm struggling to remember which way round they go

Oh and I've hit my Easter Challenge

Thanks everyone, I've just been to pick up my next lot of shakes from my counsellor, (walked there and back) and she's asked me, once I've got to my target, would I do a news article for her telling my story and the highs and lows of my VLCD journey. She says I'm one of her best clients. The rest of 'em must be cheating like mad :giggle:. I should tell her to get them all to sign up on here, you lot would keep them on the straight and narrow:8855:.

Roll on the next 2 stone, I can't wait! It's my bithday this week and it's tradition in our family to have a little gathering with party food and cake, but after this weeks loss I'm not so much as gonna lick the icing on my cake. I want to be thin so much more than I want cake
