Hi Everyone

Ive been away a while so much going on in my life! Hope everyone is doing great with their LL journey. It truly changed my life for the better. I am so much more happier within myself.

I got engaged two weeks ago and have decided I want to lose a little more weight so I can wear a size 10 wedding dress. Im a 12/14 now and before I started LL I was an 18 and misrable.

I had such a struggle after christmas but am so glad I kept going it was worth all the tears, yes I had many tears.

Love to all you guys who helped me thru the tough times!!

Aww thanks everyone. Planning to lose the last few lbs by mostly exercise. Would be much easier to do it with LL but I want to get back into exercise and tone up. Feel like a different person now and its good to see some of the old faces. I think the hardest bit is when your on food again and the pressure not to put weight back on. I feel like everyone is just waiting for me to pile it all back on again. I guess that keeps me motivated. Going tohave anose round the threds and see how everyone is doing.

ems i found the same that everyones just kinda watching ya!! i use the bmr way after i stopped rtm and am finding it really good. love the way if u over eat one day ya can under the next!!
well done on the exercise to im trying to get back into it its like sometimes i "forget" to do it!! gotta improve on that!!

I agree LL has changed my life too.
