As you will all know ive been a little upset that Atkins hasnt been working for me:cry:
Youve all been a massive support. But heres some very importnay advice to give any new members buy new scales
I did today and my scales were the problem not my diet
Ive just hoped on after drinking loads and having eaten and weighed 2 pounds lighter than I did this morninglol
So tommorow morning I shall post my true weight
I dont think ive lost loads but ive certainly lost

I am so pleased for you that you have been able to get to the bottom of the mystery. Well done for hanging in there.
 
Well guys its not a massive loss but a very important one
I so wanted so see the number 9 on those scales and I was 9 stone 13.5 pounds so the magic number was there
so oink oink whoop whopp and have a fantastic weekend to all

Ive spent the afternoon on a trampoline and kids bouncy castle so O hope ive burnt off a few calories there
