LOL......Ermmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......

Ive just taken the kids to mcdonalds and i must admit i wont be doing that again coz it was bloody torture for me...lol.

How long you been on LT, and how are you geting on so far?

It is always quieter in here as the majority of people are on cd. Us lipotrimmers are a rare breed........lol. I often go in all the other forums anyway........im too nosey.

How are you getting on ?

I'm doing OK. I lost 5 stone on a low carb diet with the help of drugs! - Diethylpropion. I started Lipotrim at the begining of January as my weight loss slowed down, and I am so impatient!!!! Had a 2 slip ups in the first couple of weeks but seem to be doing well now. If I feel like cheating I use a ketostix and think how dissapointed I would be if it wasn't pink!

Well done leeanne , how long did it take you to lose 5 stone ?
Its not worth even a nibble love , but i have to say boredom does affect us all !
Just think how pleased you will be to get thru another day ...thats the one thing keeping me sane at the mo . one day at a time x

It took about 8 months, followed by a month of gain 1, lose 2, lose one, gain one etc etc......
That's why I changed to Lipotrim. It is doing the job! 10lb so far! Which I am really pleased with 'cos I don't have much more to lose now

10lbs. is very good for the first week!!!

Great incentive for the week ahead!

And congratulations on your five stone loss. I have slipped on and off myself and now back losing the same stone for the second time

But do feel my head is in the right place once again, if you know what I mean
