Hi everyone !
Some of you may remember that I posted about having to avoid my DH as much as possible during his first week of CD, ( even though I'm his CDC !! ) as he was so irritable until he got into ketosis !!
Well, he's now lost 3 stone 7 lbs in 10 weeks ( 6 weeks SS+ , 2 weeks 810 & 2 weeks 1000 programmes ).
He's just moved to 1200 programme with only 7 lbs to go to target !!
He's a changed man !! Obviously he looks different, but his whole personality has changed ! He's more outgoing , he loves all the compliments he's been getting and has lots more energy
too !
He's even convinced my mother-in-law to try CD and her first appointment is with me next week !
