Day 3 almost over and been 100% good!! but need some advice please lipotrim girlies x

Hi everyone, I must say I have felt really low today, cold, tired a bit headachy but gritted my teeth and passed the time down to eastenders, lol. I think i'm just gonna go to bed soon now and then it will be day four.

Can I ask you ladies a couple of questions please????

How do you know when you hit ketosis, I've read a few stories and they seem to vary from day 3 to day 6 just wondered how you know.:confused:

And what happens if you drink over 4lts of water is that really bad. I have already drunk that today and am now scared to drink anymore.:confused:

You might notice a smelly breath or furry tongue. Some people describe a metallic taste in your mouth too.

I went into ketosis at the end of day 3, but some people get in there faster and some people a little longer. You might get an energy boost too, but that didnt happen to me until after a week or so. Also you dont feel as hungry as you do when you first start.

Keep at it hun, it will soon come and you will reap all the rewards.

The dangers of drinking too much water comes when you are gulping it down within a very quick time, as long as you are drinking regularly its perfectly safe to drink 4 litres of water. I dont know how you manage it though, I never got over 3.5 litres + shakes, teas and coffees.
 
i struggle to get 2.5-3 litres of water down plus shakes! so go u with 4 litres! but i have noticed that if i haven't had as much as i need to ill get a headache very quickly! its a good indicator :/ !
i went into keitosis on about day 5 i think because that was my worst day, felt really low in myself n wrecked in work n that was the last time i was actually proper hungry! so im guessin between day 5 n 6!
but as it ahs been said it probly varies and u will notice the changes in your body as they happen ,you just have to trust whatever your feeling! good luck!! let us know how u get on!
 
it really is different in everyone jojo. i personally didn't notice going into ketosis at all, but definitely did!!

i too drink about 4 litres of water (in addition to 1/2 black coffee and the shakes). i do it throughout the day so it's fine.
 
I got my energy burst on day 6 and kept it for AGES!!

and there were days I was drinking about 5 litres of water :)
