Help!!!
i wanna cry!
i feel so ill!
All yesterday an today!
I was vomitting nothing but bile this morning and ive got like cramps in my stomach, im drinking my water an jus bout to have my soup although i cant stomach it!
I just wanna curl up in a ball

Hmmm thats strange my sister has exactly the same symptoms as you ya know.. she's in whiston/prescot area of liverpool so if you're near there.. maybe there is a bit of a bug going round..

It might be food poisoning if you've had some bad chicken or seafood or something.

Drink some warm water always helps x

Sending you lots of :flowers: and hope that you are feeling better soon my dear! You sound like you have picked up a bug. Drink plenty of fluids if you can't stomach any food - keep yourself hydrated!!

thanks all just home from work still feel really awful thought it from stress from the other night but it cant be!
i couldnt drink my soup today or my tea! ive had some fridge raiders an a bar today not gr8 to do but its all i can do just gna carry on drinking! xx
