Diet Chef - Weighin in??

Hi, im going to be starting Diet Chef in a few weeks but am a little confused... Where do you weigh in? do you just weigh yourself or go to someone???

I think most of us just weigh ourselves at home.

Used to go Boots but that was too much fuss.

im doing weight to go diet and i weigh in at home. i have accurate scales so i use them. plus i dont think boots would want me in my nighty standing on there scales lol

Yup! All self-controlled and self-regulated ....... thinking about it that could have contributed to my downfall ...... it's a really great plan though. I'm intending to go back to it once I've sorted myself out! x
