I'm doing the Edinburgh Moonwalk in June and the Inverness Branicht Walk (both are 13 miles)
Getting really nervous as I only did 3 miles tonight and felt so unfit not to mention the dread of walking in a bra with flabby tummy. What an incentive to stick to my diet/exercise plan.
As anyone done a similar event? Tips welcome thnx x
