i know its probably here somewhere but i only rejoined sw last night and have just eaten ml layered and thought it was free but now think its syned, can anyone confirm

can anyone tell me the fruit flavoured syns for muller light? i bought toffee, cherry etc, just started sw last night and the guy said they are free but just used the syn calculator and they came up 5 syns?????

Apart from the vanilla/cherry layer one, i'm pretty sure all the muller lite yoghurts are free...

Just double checked - apart from the layered ones, they are all free!!!! The majority of the layered ones are 1.5 syns apart from the cherry/vanilla/choc sprinkles which is 2....enjoy xx

Yep, the 200g toffee one is free....good job really, i love it...especially over chopped banana!

And as for a live online chat, this is your best bet, everyone is really friendly, ask as many questions as you like and someone is always bound to know the answer.

Hi Diane,

The layered ones are the ones that look like they've got a fruit puree at the bottom (flavours are Blackcurrant & Raspberry, Peach & Passionfruit and Strawberry). They are 1.5 syns each.

I can't bear the toffee one - I find it far too sweet. I can't find any of the vanilla/choc ones here.

We only have a Tesco Metro and a small Co-Op here.
