Week 2 weigh in

Hiya

Not as god as last week but I lost 4lb and 5inch of body fat :D

Making a total of 17lbs and 12.5inch of fat in 2 weeks (well technically 1 week 6 days LOL)

Hope everyone else is doing OK

4lbs is great and 5in of fat, just ............ gone - WOW
You must be pleased, you're doing well.
