Hey all...
Just wanted to say I went for wi today on my 7th week and lost 2 lbs.... (the lowest I have so far)
Now I kind of thought hmmmmm 2 pounds in the 7 weeks I have been doing this I havent put one thing in my mouth apart from the shakes and bars ... this week I did more exercise than I have ever done.. I drink 3 to 4 litres of water a day so there is nothing more I can do....

I took my boys to nursery this morning and although recently I have had alot of compliments, today I had two and it made me feel so good .. Just want to smile.. so just wanted to say ok I lost 2 pounds and I know some people get disheartned but its 2 llbs more off and I have now done 2 stone 2 pounds in 7 weeks!!! and Im over the moon ..

Good luck to everyone else !!!
Stay positive we will all get there xxxx:)

2lb is great, my weigh in is tonight i dont feel like ive lost much this week but you never know till you stand on those scales, tom also for me but hopefully 2lb or 3 will do nicely, well done to you:D:D:D

2st 2lbs in 7 weeks is great - you're right to look at the total you've lost in such a short time. One thing though - you said this week that you've done more exercise than you have before. You have to be careful not to do too much exercise as it won't make you lose any extra weight and could actually slow your weight loss if you do too much. I don't know how much/ what kind your doing but just make sure you don't overdo it. Well done again.

Hi

APS is right, exercise can slow your loss on the scales because it can cause your muscles to retain water when they repair themselves after the exercise (it won't be that old chestnut of "muscle weighs more than fat" because CD doesn't give your body enough calories to build muscle).

Well done on your loss so far!

Well done 2lbs off is better than 2lbs on and 2stone 2lb in 7 weeks is excellent, I hope I lose that much, would be great. As the others said exercise does slow your weight loss down, I just gently walk the dog each day, and a slightly brisker stroll to the school and back in the afternoon is all I have been doing.

Hmmm....... that's four packs of butter gone - seems good to me - and the total weight loss is brilliant!
