Nose away hehe Always nice to see a different face.

Me Shep, was okay until an attack of pizza last night. Being super good today and no extras whatsoever, except some veg with dinner. I want to see them scales move down on Friday even if just by ¼lb.

lol yes we are the same weight we can keep each other going, i have a mini goal in my head to lose 14lbs in april so lets see them pounds come off. woohooo
