Hi everyone just a quick update on my WI. 4lbs!!! Which takes me to my first stone off

Edited to say 3lbs lol instead of 4! And all red days.

Fantastic - well done
I am trying to do red days for a week as I think I have an issue... with carbs - ie I eat too many of them.. hopefully the scales will tell on Monday
