hard boil your eggs
take skin off the sausages and use a little flour to pat the sausage meat flatish.
Wrap the eggs in the sausagemeat roll in whisked egg roll in cous cous spray with frylight and cook for about 30mins.
I do ee and class them as free as cous cous is free eggs are free and the sausages are free the only thing is a sprinkle of flour but the amount you use is so small.
