About to start shakes, any tips?

I am about to start on the Tesco shakes (tomorrow), i heard these are a little better then slimfast, (but have less flavours).
Was wondering if i can still use the s.f mealbars if im using tesco shake??

Does anyone have any hints/tips/advice for following this kind of diet?
How much weight has everyone lost and how do you find it?
 
Hiya can't see it being a problem having the bars while on tesco shakes as long as you stay within the calorie allowance should be fine:D

thanks, i wasnt sure and thought i mite like to have a bar now n then instead of shake all time.
 
Yea, I switch back and forth between shakes and bars all the time.. depends on if I remember to put a shake in the fridge the night before :8855:

My biggest tip is water water everywhere. You'll be in the bathroom alot.. and going down bumpy roads will be really uncomfortable... and you'll want to catheter yourself... but it helps tons. Not to mention drinking water will burn calories all by itself.. can't remember the percentage, but I read it somewhere.

i styarted off using tesco shakes for breakfast and lunch, and now i alternate between tesco's and slim fast shakes and meal bars - depeneds whats on offer at the time.
weight loss is pretty good and seems to be pretty quick.

you can snack 300 calories a day too, i use that for fruit etc.
exercise and water helps too :)
 
they are about 200 aswell
 
Cals are the same with the tesco one too and thanks everyone for the tips!!
the ready made shake is much better then the powder, id like to try the choc ones now as im having strawberry atm!
 
the tesco choc powder is much nicer. :)
