Hi everyone, just been and bought my starter pack today. Going on holiday and i have a few stone to loose. I am really determined to stick to this diet, and i think the meals should be fine as i like salad and stir frys and chicken, beef ect. Am i right thinking i can eat unlimited veggies? obviously not the ones that the booklet tells you to eat in moderation though. Also when i have my meal can i have salad cream or mayo with my salad? and soy sauce ect. with my stir fry? would really appreciate some help as i am desperate to do it right this time, thanks
