:p Hello there,
On my first day I was so motivated I didnt notice the hungry then day 2 arrived and wack!!! the hunger hit!!! But I have never cheated and I have lost 2 stone on 7 weeks which is amazing (I think so anyway)
Weekends are really hard for me but I know its all in my mind because when I think positive I dont feel hungry.
So chins up everyone and just think SLIM SLIM SLIM we will get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't have said it better myself. I find when I've lots to do, I'm fine and dandy, but Sundays, when I'm just trying to wind down and relax, is definately when the hunger starts to kick in...but I am finding the desire to eat is reducing...thank goodness!

Well done, you are doing great! I am definitely going to concentrate on being positive, thank you! x

I'm trying to stay positive at the moment as well.

I'm on week 6 but missing the social side. We went out tonight with our neighbours and saw them eating while we sat with our water. The results are worth it though but am finding it hard.

I don't think the feeling of wanting to eat ever leaves you whilst you are on this, it's just a case of telling yourself you don't need to. I still get cravings and am tempted to eat, especially at weekends. Walking past bakers and seeing pasties and buns is hard but it does get easier.

Positive thinking on LT is very important I think. If you tell yourself you don't need to eat you don't. Good luck everybody with resisting, we can do it!
