Well, I was totally rubbish at the weekand and cracked. :break_diet: I won't even mention what crapy sodding food I ate but lets say it was the kind that put the flab on in the first place:cry:
Back on it today but really need to find that motivation that got me through the first few weeks. HELP :copon:
