Hi all,

Well, I was totally rubbish at the weekand and cracked. :break_diet: I won't even mention what crapy sodding food I ate but lets say it was the kind that put the flab on in the first place:cry::mad:

Back on it today but really need to find that motivation that got me through the first few weeks. HELP :copon:
 
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off & start all over again! You have a whole week before another weekend gets here so knuckle down, drink gallons of water and come here for virtual butt-kicking! I had an 'indiscretion' at the weekend too and duly got my wrist slapped, but complete encouragement that I CAN do this- if I can, I know you can too!
Remind yourself WHY you want to lose weight. Look at 'before' pictures, try on old clothes, and ones you want to fit into. Re-motivate yourself and hopefully it'll come back to you?
 
Well said Irish mum...I had a relapse at the weekend. To be honest nothing bad and normally would be diet food as just thought I needed to eat. Mushroom omlette cooked with no fat,oil or anything.
I don't mind that so much but I am absoultely starving today to the point I actually feel quite sick.
I have weigh in tonight an hoping I can get through the next few days. My stomach feels like it does when I go too long without food.
 
Thanks for the encouragement ladies. Just need to put my positive hat on again and remind myself why I'm going this!!
 
urgh i was away over the weekend was fine until my bfs family decided to get a chinese last night and i put on 6 sodding pounds on overnight!!!! for flips sake
 
Firstly don't say you're rubbish - you're not! You were weak for a while but you CAN get it back. Look how well you've done so far - you can reach your goals on LT, you really truly can. It takes some time and some determination which you've already showed you have.

SBR08 - well thats happened, so instead of just giving up, get back to healthy eating. Thats the difference I have always found you can have 1 naughty day but if that causes your whole diet to fail then you just give up and eat whatever you want.
I don't know what I am going to do at the weekend with the in-laws here...I am going to try and make sure we eat in at the evening and I can then cook but not sre I can sit at the dinner table for 2 days with no food. You just don't know them.

Well good luck for the rest of your week. Just think of the summer when you've lost weight and can wear what you want to
