drinks

im only on day 2 of the lt diet and im finding it ok(even got through my night shift) but i dont really like black tea or coffee and was wondering apart from water if there was anything else to drink?:)
 
peppermint tea! :)

i dont do hot drinks either but i quite liked peppermint tea. Give it a whirl :)
 
Green tea, peppermint tea, any left tea, but no fruit teas.
I used to mix a teaspoon of my vanilla shake to a cream and add that to a couple of cups of coffee during the day too.
 
You will get used to the water chick :D
 
Its a no-no I am afraid, but one of the girls I work with who is on lipotrim actually adds a little to the bottom of her pint glass and she is having fantastic weight losses.

I would have been too scared to do this on TFR.
