Hi all,

I'm going to my first meeting on tues (this is my first post eek!) and was wondering if anyone could suggest some cold snacks which are free/low in syns to get in stock whilst I'm shopping next? I'm planning on buying mullerlights and maybe some low fat cheese triangles but aside from these and the obvious fruit/veg I'm stuck!

Thanks in advance :D

Crispbreads, plenty of fruit!

Some ham slices for original and Extra Easy days, keep in fridge and when you feel a bit peckish have a nibble as its free you can eat as much as you like. Make some SW quiches great for filling in the gaps, the recipes are in the recipe threads. Good luck hun and welcome. xxx Loobylou

When I followed the plan properly - MUST get back on track - I used to have a bowl of ready mixed salad with sliced boiled eggs and VERY cooked, crumbled bacon mixed in to it.

As a healthy extra A, i've been having 2-3 baby bell lights, with a handful of grapes, eaten at the same time. Surprisingly yummy.
