How much did you lose week 1?

Hi,

I'm day 4 of ss+ and have 6 stone to lose after gaining a ton of weight with my last pregnancy

Im (5ft 2")
start weight (15st 7lbs)
Need to lose (6 stone)

Im due to WI on wednesday, can I be cheeky and ask for your (height, start weight and First WI results) just to give me an idea of what I could expect

I'm 5ft 3 and my starting weight was 15st 13 3/4. In my first week I lost 7 1/4 pounds. I need to lose between 6 and 7 stone. The first one is nearly gone already-just over 3lb to go till that one's out of the way!

Im interested to see what everyone loses in their first week, i have had a rocky start but my finish is better. The scales will tell all tomorrow...aargh

Hello, i had my 1st weigh in thursday and i lost in my 1st week 10 & 3/4 lbs. My height is 5ft 6in and i weighed 16st 0lb.

Now 15st 3lb

I'm 5ft 5 and started at 13st 13lbs. I lost 9lbs in my first week and couldn't beleive it!! Good luck.

I am 5ft 4in, weighed 15st10lb and lost 10lb the first week. Now just about to start week 3 and have lost over 1st.

Hi I'm 5' 5" and my starting weight was 16 stone. I'm on ss and lost 7lbs in week 1 and 7lbs in week 2. My next WI is Wednesday, but my own scales don't appear to be moving much this week - might be to do with totm, but i'm not sure. Will keep at it though.
