I'm on a restart, I really need to stay focused!
I've really been struggling to stay on track, since christmas, I lose a couple of lbs, put a lb back on, sts then lose a couple of lbs. I think that maybe its because I'm quite close to goal, I keep picking at food while cooking for the family, nothing major, no massive blow outs but obviously enough to knock me out of ketosis and slow my weight loss right down.
heres to a cheat free sunday. oh is making the meal for the family, so I've no excuses today
