qiark on curry?

hi there

i have a really easy (and free) recipe for a curry sauce, it is tinned toms, an apple, onion, garlic, and curry powder. i usually do either potato and veg or chicken. do you think to make it a bit creamier i could put quark in it or would it curdle?
 
if you take it of the heat and add the quark it should be fine, thats all i do.
 
I usually add a low fat yoghurt rather than quark. As long as you add it at the end and don't boil it it won't seperate. I wouldn't have thought to use quark as it's more a cheese substitute, I thought.

that sounds great. i wish id known about this site wen i was goin to sw the help and suport you all give oneanother might have helped me keep on track. i stoped going to classes as all we seemed to do was weigh in then go throu how each member had done it was not at all insperationall in fact it was totally boring.
 
what about fromage frais? Thats free and yummy. Should make it creamy, just make sure the curry base isn't too watery or the fromage frais will just melt into it!
