help ketois!!!

I hate to burst the energy bubble but I did tfr for 8 weeks in my first stint and was constantly weak and tired except for weeks 3 & 4 where I was buzzing with energy! This time 3.5 weeks in and I am tired. But I just work within my limits. This diet is me time! It is for me! So stuff housework etc....I#ll do it when I'm finished on lipo!
 
Oh sorry..... meant to say....yes I think you are in ketosis.
 
I'm afraid I've never felt the energy boost I've read/heard about either and I'm near the end of wk6.

I occasionally feel a bit sickly but usually it's when I've drunk a shake too fast.

Sorry this isn't very helpful .... but if you're sticking to it 100% you can't really help but be in ketosis if that's any consolation. x
 
Just stick at it hun, if you are following the TFR you cant not be in ketosis. Not everyone gets these energy bursts at the same time, we are all different, but it should come.
